Shipping policy

 

1. Standard shipping times by parcels are 1 to 5 business days, parcels may have delays that are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible.

2. Production times are 5 business days, if your order was made urgently, the risk that the packages do not arrive on time is not our responsibility.

3. When sending a package and the tracking guide, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up and review the parcel notifications.

4. If the package is returned after the delivery visits when it is redirected to the parcel service, a return guide will be generated, the cost of which you must cover.
