Refund policy
The return of any product purchased through www.ymarcandles.com is governed by the following policies:
1. The period that the customer will have to request the return of a product will be 30 days counting from the moment the product is delivered.
2. If the product is in poor condition/broken due to shipments in the parcel, the total amount of that product will be refunded. If the customer requires another piece, they can request its resend.
3. If your products were sent on time, respecting the production and delivery times mentioned on the page, and the package did not arrive on time due to parcel delays, external to us, no changes or returns are accepted.
4. All our products are artisanal, made by hand, some pieces tend to come out of production with different tones than those in the photos, and perfection is difficult in a product made of wax. Minimal details are normal in handmade pieces. The exchange or return on defective products will only be in incorrect colors such as pink/yellow and with noticeable details caused by parcels.
5. When accepting a return or refund, you must wait for the transaction to process within a period of 3 to 5 business days.
We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, you will be notified that it has been updated via email.
We are not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the customer's part.
